Joining the Network means adding your voice to a growing movement that is fighting for fair funding, better working conditions, and public recognition of the critical work educators do every day.

Can I contribute to the network’s resources?

Yes! This network is powered by educators like you. Members are encouraged to:

Collaborate on advocacy campaigns. Your contributions ensure that the Network stays relevant, diverse, and grounded in real experiences.

Submit blog posts and stories.

Share resources and classroom tools.

Lead discussions or mini-sessions during meetings.

Why is the Early Educators Network needed?

In Texas and across the country, early childhood professionals are leaving the field at alarming rates due to low pay, lack of benefits, and limited support. Many children, especially in underserved communities, do not have access to high-quality early education. The Early Educators Network exists to address these challenges by supporting professionals, raising awareness of their value, and pushing for change so all children and families can thrive.
